Flexible Multi-Target Configuration + Standard AF Module

ORS is designed as a high-precision general-purpose platform — the same machine switches freely between decorative coating, AR anti-reflection, and AF anti-fingerprint applications. The flexible multi-target chamber accommodates metal and compound targets; the standard AF coating module enables integrated optical-plus-AF processing in a single chamber.
