ARMS Series|Activated Reactive Sputtering Solutions for Optics

The ARMS Series features Dah Young’s proprietary Activated Reactive Magnetron Sputtering technology, integrating a high-speed rotating chamber with an ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) ion source. It supports low-temperature sputtering, minimizes particle generation, and achieves excellent film uniformity and multilayer stacking—exceeding 50 layers—for flat or 3D curved substrates.
