Dah Young Vacuum offers three specialized coating systems tailored for the precision optics market: the ORBIS, ARMS, and DMC series. ORBIS Series|Horizontal Activated Reactive Sputtering System

Featuring a horizontal configuration and activated reactive sputtering technology, the ORBIS Series enables low-temperature processing, stable ion sources, and high-purity multilayer deposition—ideal for 3D curved components and non-planar substrates. It supports the fabrication of superlattice coatings with over 50 layers and is characterized by high deposition rates, superior film quality, and exceptional process stability. Typical applications include high-end optical filters, reflective coatings, and precision components for automotive and AR devices.

ARMS Series|Activated Reactive Magnetron Sputtering System

Combining magnetron sputtering with a high-speed rotating mechanism, the ARMS Series separates metal sputtering and reactive gas regions to overcome target poisoning and unstable discharge issues. This design enhances film uniformity and process reliability, allowing for low-temperature deposition. It is well-suited for applications requiring high geometric precision, such as infrared filters, automotive lenses, and curved AR/VR optics.

DMC Series|Electron Beam Evaporation System

Powered by electron beam evaporation, the DMC Series integrates optical monitoring and ion-assisted modules to achieve high deposition rates, excellent film quality, and flexible multilayer optical coating processes. Available in various chamber configurations for both R&D and mass production, it is widely used in reflective, decorative, UV-protective, and anti-corrosion coatings across optoelectronic, sensing, and industrial optics applications.
