Dah Young is committed to the "thin film design and plasma technology-based" industry, and is committed to working with customers to create industrial upgrades.
Dah Young was established in 1968 and has been deeply involved in the field of vacuum coating for half a century. From the early PVD evaporation technology, continuous research and development lead to expansion into the field of plasma, and in 1995, after purchasing Darly Custom Technology Inc. of the United States, we started with plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) to expand our research and development in plasma technology.
With an experienced R&D team, closely integrated with academic and research units, and through frequent technology exchanges and cooperation, Dah Young has created special plasma application technologies for the industry, such as "High Power Pulsed Magnetron Sputtering (HiPIMS)" and "Cathode Arc (ARC, capable of plating all kinds of high-quality DLC)" and "Active Reactive Sputtering (ARMS)"... etc., and introduced this technology into corresponding self-developed equipment to expand the diversified industrial application landscape. Service items extend to more diverse fields, such as semiconductors (IC, packaging), biomedicine (implants, precision parts), electronic products (mobile phones, millimeter wave radar car marks), optoelectronics, optics, molds, cutting tools and tools.
Dah Young will uphold the spirit of research and innovation, independently develop equipment and improve design capabilities, and is committed to providing customers with complete solutions, assisting in initial development, until introducing appropriate mass production equipment, enhancing customer product value, and jointly creating industrial upgrades.
