Roll to Roll (R2R) vacuum coating equipment technology has the advantages of coating large area substrates with multiple coating materials simultaneously for high throughput production. Coating materials include but arenotlimited to transparent conductive oxides (ITO, ZnO...), optical film properties (SiOx, NbOx...) and metal film (Cu, Ag, Al...) used for R&D, soft electronics and production industries in the field of energy applications and smart life, as well as 5G communications, touch panels, flexible circuit boards, green energy batteries, water and oxygen barrier films, heat insulation films, capacitors,etc.

Coating organic polymer film in a vacuum environment.
The organic and inorganic film layers can be applied simultaneously in the same manufacturing process, no solvents are needed, making it environmentally friendly.
The film thickness is uniform across and linearly on the substrate with a wide range of thickness controllability for even ultra-thin film layers.
Surface modification abilities (anti-scratch, high light transmission, affinity/special water, etc.).
Options of multiple planar and/or rotating target cathodes for coating different materials simultaneously.
AC servo motor technology is used to precisely control the tension and line speed of the winding system.
