NCVM Coating


NCVM is an abbreviation for Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallization. Due to the market demand for metallic color surface decoration and environmental protection, the vacuum process replaces the electroplated product. The non-chrome replacement technology for electroplating is usually produced by a vacuum coating process.

When the communication product transmits a signal or receives a signal, the generated electromagnetic field is not accumulated by the conductive plating layer. Thereby avoiding interference with the RF and ESD (electrostatic discharge) performance of the communication product, so that the communication product can have better receiving effect and reduce noise.
